10/10 Mandeville Challenge: World Mental Health Day

On Friday, October 10, World Mental Health Day, I took on Domestique Cycling Club's 10/10 Mandeville Challenge in support of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Mandeville Canyon, also known as “Mandy,” is a 10 mile segment loop with 1,000 feet of climbing: 1 lap = 10 miles and 1,000 feet 10 laps = 100 miles and 10,000 feet For every lap completed, donors will contribute $10 or more per lap ($32.50 per lap as of posting). My ride alone totalled $325!

There’s so much I could say today, and every day, about mental health and suicide awareness. Today, I’m just grateful to be here, smiling, raising money for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention ❤️‍🩹
