High-Protein Blueberry Muffins

5 grams of protein per 100 calories of muffins

Ingredients

  • 80 g. Kodiak Cake Blueberry Waffle & Pancake Mix

  • 150 g. Betty Croker White Cake Mix

  • 1 Container Oikos Triple Zero Vanilla Yogurt

  • 10 g. Baking Powder

  • 5 g Salt

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon

Steps

  • Mix up all the ingredients

  • Bake in nonstick muffin tins @ 350 F for 17 minutes

  • *Enjoy!

*Recommended dose: 2-3

Repeat intake as needed 😉
